Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, we are seeking an exceptional leader to grow and scale our Business Recruiting team! You will lead full-cycle Sales, Marketing, G&A, and Clinical recruiting teams. You will be responsible for continuing to build out our recruiting strategy, including employment branding, talent channel development, candidate engagement, and assessment as well as metrics and analytics. You will collaborate with business leaders in refining our candidate experience and other talent strategies. You will prioritize projects to scale our hiring process. You will build deep partnerships with our HR leadership team and champion enthusiastic new ways to attract talent. You will build and inspire a team of full-cycle recruiters, and sourcers.
Responsibilities:
Mentor and grow a team of talented sourcers and recruiters doing their part in Color’s mission.
Drive process efficiencies to scale Sales and Clinical hiring.
Partner with senior leaders to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit headcount goals.
Develop top-of-funnel strategies including events, marketing, and social campaigns.
Use data to evaluate, analyze and optimize current hiring processes and present hiring data and insights to Leadership.
Actively monitor the diversity of the hiring funnel and make recommendations on ways to achieve our aspirational goals.
Provide timely reporting of key metrics and insights to drive decisions and improve the process.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
3+ years of experience managing and scaling a recruiting team.
Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner.
