As a member of the Global Technology & Product Operations Team, the Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for empowering everyone in Technology & Product to be effective decision makers by providing trusted metrics and establishing people centric processes.

 

You will be responsible for developing Tableau dashboards which will provide leaders with business operations key performance metrics, as well as defining and presenting key insights and takeaways. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing complex cross-functional business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing optimization strategies.

 

This is a cross-functional role that requires superior internal employee service, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a general understanding of business strategy and operations. This role provides a tremendous opportunity to transform and enhance how we operate.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SENIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST:

  • Work with stakeholders to evaluate existing data sources and quality to develop and maintain KPIs and processes for internal reporting and analysis, including the development and maintenance of a Tableau dashboard for senior management.
  • Translate complex data sets and reports into key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gain an understanding of current day processes, elicit business requirements, and define problem statements.
  • Develop process maps to identify customer journeys, gaps, pain points, and opportunities to improve and scale operations through optimization, process redesign, or automation strategies.
  • Defend process improvement recommendations with data and evidence-based analysis.
  • Drive adoption of new or enhanced processes through a robust change management strategy by facilitating workshops, creating documentation or conducting live training.
  • Provide periodic executive summary reports regarding project status, including actions in place for addressing any open issues.
  • Interact and build rapport with members across cross-functional teams ranging from leaders and peers.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field preferred
  • Ideally you have 3+ years of business operations strategy experience in a related industry or as a management consultant.
  • 2+ years of project management experience with technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative work style to work across teams to efficiently drive results and impact.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple sources of information by simplifying complex messages, communicating concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, visualization and automation. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau required.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Software and Product Development Lifecycle.
  • Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar certification.
