The newly-created Sr. People Ops Generalist role will report to our Manager, People Operationsin our San Francisco office to help build and maintain the next phase of our people operations practices and strategy. This role will play an important component on our team and will be the primary internal point of contact for benefits, leave of absence, and immigration related matters. This role offers a chance to join an established start up with opportunities to make a long lasting impact on our incredible team.

Like the majority of our People roles at Front, this position will be hybrid – working in our San Francisco office at least two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) with flexibility to work from home or elsewhere as works best for you and your team.
