About the team

The Product Design team is an integral part of the Product development process. We are tightly knitted with our business, product management, customer success, and engineering teams to foster fast and effective collaboration. We participate in all steps of the product value creation process to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

About the role

Celtra is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help us create the world’s most advanced Creative Automation tool for digital advertising. You’d be joining the team of Product Designers and working on our flagship product Content Scaling Studio (think Figma, Sketch for advertising), to ensure the creation, distribution, and production at scale seamless and efficient.

You’ll contribute to the vision for our design system and create and optimize our foundations, reusable components, and high-level patterns.

This role is a perfect fit for individuals who dream of user scenarios, sketch multiple solutions for the same interaction problem, enjoy building components and perpetually shift their mental view from ground-level UI details to business strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Create holistic user experiences and engineering-ready design deliverables, maintaining a high bar of visual quality in existing and new products.
  • Contribute to our growing design system of patterns to cultivate a cohesive look, feel, and user experience across Celtra.
  • Drive innovation, explore novel technologies and elevate the product experience internally and externally.
  • Use your creative thinking while engaging in early-stage research and ideation.
  • Quick turn-around on conceptual iterations, user flow explorations, and low/high fidelity prototypes.
  • Observe current user behavior and propose design suggestions to improve UX.
  • Build strong relationships with your teammates in a culture that values authenticity, openness, and diversity.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of general Product Design experience.
  • A portfolio demonstrating deep attention to detail and experience in simplifying complex problems into intuitive human interfaces.
  • Great communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely and drive conversations with stakeholders.
  • Strong systems thinking, information architecture, and interaction design skills.
  • An analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in designing experiments and interpreting data to inform product design.
  • Self-driven, proactive, well organized, and rigorous about details.
  • Operate in a highly multidisciplinary and collaborative environment where an effective exchange of knowledge between peers is crucial.
  • A “can-do” mindset pursuing excellence.
  • Know your way around the usual design tools Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

It will be a plus, if:

  • Previous experience with the agile development methodology.
  • Understanding of basic front-end development.
  • Rapid prototyping skills using: Framer, Adobe XD, UXpin, Principle, etc.

As we are hiring on a permanent employment contract and this position is open in Ljubljana (SI) or Zagreb (CRO) you need to fulfill legal labor requirements (non-EU citizens need working permits, and both non-EU and EU citizens need residence permits).
