Who we are
At Nexleaf, we are a purpose-driven team that designs sensor technologies and data analytics solutions to address global public health challenges. Our core product is ColdTrace, a remote temperature monitoring (RTM) solution and data platform for vaccine storage that collects temperature data, sends alerts to health workers when vaccine fridges are not operating properly, and provides insights to government stakeholders to make systematic improvements to cold chain equipment performance. Coldtrace is currently deployed in 25 countries, and protects the vaccine supply for 1 in 10 babies born on earth every year. We are also exploring ways to leverage our technology to address global public challenges beyond vaccines, including to clean cooking and medical device innovation.
What we’re looking for
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Customer Engagement to define and execute the product strategy for customers who are using our ColdTrace technology, specifically our ColdTrace data platform. You will own and deliver the roadmap for product enhancements and new features, leveraging data and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver user-centric experiences. This will require you to develop a deep understanding of Nexleaf’s customer segments, conceptualize solutions to increase engagement with our data platform, and prioritize and execute on the features or enhancements that will have the greatest impact. We’re in the process of building out our product management function, so we’re also looking for someone with experience in product strategy and development who is excited about helping scale this discipline at Nexleaf.
What you’ll do
- Own Nexleaf’s customer engagement product roadmap from discovery through execution
- Understand the key features and functionality of the ColdTrace data analytics platform and identify opportunities for optimization, new feature development, and innovation
- Develop and hone an actionable customer segmentation to deliver value for Nexleaf and our customers
- Partner with Business and Advocacy teams to analyze user feedback to inform sales strategies and product solutions
- Write detailed requirements and use cases and communicate them effectively to stakeholders, including engineering
- Collaborate with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap using agile methodologies
- Provide product leadership, mentorship, and thought partnership to the executive team and other members of the organization
Requirements
Your qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience delivering finely-tuned product strategies and shaping the product discipline at a small, early stage organization
- Experience in international development or public health preferred
- Post-pandemic: Ability to travel to Africa and Asia to get to know our users early on and domestically every other month or so
