Here at Elevate Security, we’re building the world’s first-ever proactive insider risk platform focused on enabling enterprises to shift left of loss by identifying the users most likely to cause a breach and orchestrating additional security to minimize the likelihood of an incident.

WHAT YOU’D WORK ON

We’re looking for a motivated, senior-level Product Person to discover and build capabilities that empower Fortune 1000 security teams – especially through making our data platform part of their every-day workflows. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Partner with your peers to form and execute strategy that creates new value for cyber defenders
  • Deliver the strategy through shipping new capabilities in the Elevate platform that delight your users
  • Contribute product and use case expertise to other areas of the company like Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in product management
  • Meaningful experience creating product offerings for security teams in either protection, detection, visibility or incident response domains
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences alike, especially when stakes are high
  • A thoughtful approach to use case research and communication through multiple methods including prioritization, story definition, advocacy, and sales enablement
  • Knowledge of how to translate strategy to action with the ability to think on your feet

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Prior startup experience
  • Knowledge of data integration and analysis at scale for software-as-a-service delivery
  • Strong biases to prototyping as a rule, not an exception
  • Familiarity with applying first principles thinking to offering definition
