About the Role

As a founding member of the Product Marketing team, you will drive GTM efforts that drive awareness and activation for Ramp’s core product portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience supporting and enabling sales teams, leading marketing launches, and developing successful product adoption campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand and refine Ramp’s buyer personas, messaging, and product positioning
  • Work with Marketing teams to launch new product capabilities and drive feature adoption
  • Enable Ramp’s sales and account management teams on new solutions and product capabilities
  • Support sales with collateral such as customer stories, demo scripts, pitch decks, and datasheets
  • Design product and solutions landing pages to create awareness of new products and features
  • Interview customers and conduct industry research to help inform our market narrative

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years in a product or solutions marketing role at a B2B software company
  • Familiarity with SaaS ideally in the HR/IT/Finance software space
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and taking new products to market
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Extreme agility and a strong bias towards action
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or BS in economics, computer science, MIS, or related STEM field
  • Fintech and financial services domain expertise
  • Prior experience at a hypergrowth startup
