Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst.  
 
The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst role will have the critical responsibility to ensure our Go-to-Market (GTM) function maximizes effectiveness through developing best-in-class analytics, systems, processes, and enablement. This role is perfect for someone who is energized by a fast-paced and high-growth environment, is highly analytical, and is adept at using data to prove/disprove hypotheses and to surface opportunities for scalability and improvement. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and cross-functionally with our Commercial, Client Success, and Strategy teams to improve all aspects of our go-to-market motions and management of our customer life cycle. Your impact on the company will include increasing our win and conversion rates, shortening the sales cycle, and maximizing customer retention rates.
 
As the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you will report to our Head of Sales Operations and will be a key member of our Commercial team with responsibility for building systems & processes, defining success metrics, articulating value, and developing the business cases for Memora’s customer verticals. Ideal candidates will be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare – looking to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Develop and optimize go-to-market strategies, tools, processes, systems, and infrastructure that enhance sales productivity and efficiency in collaboration with the Commercial leadership team
Drive insightful analytics and the continuous improvement of our GTM organization 
Conduct research to inform value models, GTM strategies, trends, and scaling options
Develop and drive effective change management processes and support the execution of our GTM strategy
Share insights and manage strategic conversations with executive audiences, and partner with GTM leadership to translate strategy decisions into operations
Maintain an excellent understanding of key industry metrics to establish trends and benchmarks
Cross-functional responsibilities:
Assist cross-functional teams with value assessments – build value calculators, ROI models, and other KPIs that drive business objectives
Partner closely with other commercial teams (e.g. revenue teams, solutions consulting, and product marketing) to drive strategic and operational alignment on key initiatives.
Assist in implementing a best-in-class GTM toolstack and building out scalable systems infrastructure with related processes that generate high-value data and facilitate streamlined cross-functional collaboration
Client-facing responsibilities
Improve onboarding and client satisfaction by aligning identified value and use-cases to measurable business objectives 
Analyze key drivers, trends, and operating metrics to deliver actionable insights for executive business reviews, and use process improvement skills to improve the overall customer experience
 
Qualifications (Required):
 
4+ years of relevant work experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, GTM strategy, sales, and/or finance
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (including reimbursement models)
Intermediate Salesforce experience 
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Comfort analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
Ability to make data-driven decisions with a high level of business acumen and operations thinking
Ability to create and support GTM  strategies for new initiatives and enable the execution of the strategies
Experience building, implementing, and maintaining Revenue Operations playbooks and best-in-class processes to streamline operations and measure performance
Experience leading cross-functional projects with excellent stakeholder management
Excellent project management skills; attention to detail, strong organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to present and manage conversations with executive audiences
 
Qualifications (Bonus):
 
MBA or consulting experience preferred
Prior work experience at a fast-growing healthcare SaaS company
Ability to inspire confidence and collaboration across different functional teams
Deep experience working with revenue-generating teams 
Demonstrated success in improving business performance and efficiency
Experience with a variety of GTM tools (ex. Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
