This person is responsible for leading software quality assurance teams to test new and exciting products for KnowBe4’s customers, alongside other engineers in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads high-performing Software QA Engineering teams to include training, mentoring, and assignments
  • Oversees and manages the creation, maintenance, and successful execution of manual testing
  • Develops, publishes and implements QA standards and practices
  • Makes sure the software QA processes are followed and makes sure the security and quality of the code is at the highest standards
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight line

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent plus 3 years experience on a quality assurance team
  • Possess a deep understanding and passion of software quality assurance methodologies and practices
  • A proven track record demonstrating your ability to lead successful quality assurance teams
  • Possess advanced level analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortably able to give constructive feedback in the form of test case and test plan audits
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members on software quality assurance engineering principles and established methodologies
