Job Description
This position is fully remote candidates can apply from any state.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday 8am -5pm with some flexibility in the candidates time zone.
No weekends or holidays will be required.
Travel could be up to 10%

This role is responsible for creation and maintenance of dashboards needed to report on program effectiveness for
Enterprise Learning, Development & Performance (ELD&P), as well as providing consultations and guidance to stakeholders and internal partners working on dashboard creation. There is a strong emphasis on consulting for the IT interface attachments, ensuring that business and reporting needs are met while keeping the tools and the processes for the end user as simple as possible.
a) Designs, programs, implements, and maintains data tools that support the reporting, tracking and dashboard reporting needs for ELD&P.
b) Provides consultation and education to ELD&P colleagues on the design and coding of data in QuickBase.
b) Consults with the ELD&P leadership twice a year to ensure existing data and dashboard tools continue to meet their reporting, tracking, and measurement needs.
c) Conduct annual reviews of owned applications to determine appropriate curation and archiving.

Required Qualifications
• Expert level of QuickBase experience, API’s, Pipelines, and JSON
• Experience in QuickBase, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Power BI for the collection, retention, manipulation or reporting of data
• Experience in the creation and maintenance of database applications in QuickBase

• Able to learn new coding and data transfer approaches
• Ability to read/write SQL
• Ability to solution data feeds and connecting to various applications
• Experience in corporate reporting and measurement functions
• Strong consultation skills
• Strong database design and coding skills

Education
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience being 4 years of QuickBase experience, API’s, Pipelines, and JSON
