What We Need

The Sr. Associate, Growth Marketing plays a critical role in Maisonette’s growth marketing and customer acquisition efforts. This position is responsible for aiding in the management and scaling of the Affiliate program through partnership with brand content, coupon, and loyalty partners to drive traffic, revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Additionally, this person will be responsible for aiding in the creation/project management of internal creative asset requests and paid ad launches across other media channels (mainly Paid Social), as well as managing tracking and internal reporting dashboards.

What You'll Do

  • Cultivate relationships with new & existing affiliate brand content partners through frequent communication of Maisonette integrated campaigns, launches, and promotional events to ensure partners are actively driving traffic, revenue, and new customer growth

  • Help to foster growth and expansion of the affiliate program through strategic brand outreach and prospecting to find new brand content, coupon, and loyalty partners; Monitor & vet all incoming Affiliate program applicants

  • Partner with brand marketing team & PR teams to lead content development for affiliate partners that is consistent with integrated marketing initiatives; own content calendar for affiliate partners & weekly affiliate brand newsletters

  • Monitor day to day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries, drafting communications for various campaigns, and ultimately providing partners with necessary tools (and tracking) and the inspiration to promote Maisonette

  • Manage daily optimization and reporting of affiliate programs through internal reporting dashboards to monitor performance across KPIs; Provide business results and reporting, share performance data with key business partners and stakeholders.

  • Own creative process both internally & externally to develop creative assets and work with affiliate partners on content creation

  • Evaluate commission rate structures for new & existing partners; Negotiate rate terms, packages, paid placements, or custom content programs

  • Oversee affiliate payments process in partnership with our finance team, including monitoring for delayed or contested payments and maintaining order feed to affiliate partners

  • Collaborate with our brand marketing team leads to scale our Maisonette Brand Ambassador program

  • Support Growth Marketing Manager with management and scaling of other paid media channels (ex. Paid Social, Paid Search) through owning tasks such as creative asset request management and media agency tag requests process

About You

  • Experience working specifically within Affiliate Marketing, partnerships, account management, influencer marketing, paid media, or other similar roles

  • An extremely motivated and organized individual, with exceptional communication & negotiating skills

  • Knowledge of marketing KPIs and the ability to analyze key metric; strong understanding of one or more marketing channels such as Affiliate, PR, Paid Media, Bloggers, Influencers, or Content Marketing

  • Past of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners, and discipline to work independently to meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience with Impact Radius, Rakuten, Google Analytics, or other similar data platforms
