Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact, integrated ABM programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals for key target prospects and customers.
- Strategize ABM campaign approach and delegation of campaign responsibilities within the commercial sales and marketing teams.
- Work cross-functionally across the marketing organization as well as sales and other teams to design and orchestrate impactful, targeted ABM campaigns to both prospects and customers.
- Own the Content Syndication channel, its quality of output, and the follow up process for Sales.
- Own and manage the effort to create standardized Account Based Marketing reporting and dashboards for key accounts, and present resulting performance to stakeholders.
- Serve as the resident expert driving our ABM strategy, plan, execution, and internal communication to teams across the organization.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teammates to evaluate, identify, and lead the implementation of account based marketing technologies and data sources.
- Partner with Digital Marketing teammates to deliver multi-touch attribution reporting that demonstrates the revenue impact of the ABM strategy and programs.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience and proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel roadmaps for integrated ABM campaigns to large enterprises.
- Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting across the prospect and customer lifecycle, with a strong understanding of pipeline metrics and the ability to analyze data to make decisions as a key stakeholder.
- Experience in developing Ideal Customer Profiles for B2B markets and knows how to reach and convince them to take action.
- Experience using data to segment target accounts and establish strategies for moving accounts through the funnel.
- Strong experience using ABM technologies such as DemandBase, 6Sense, or others – even better if you have led or been a part of the implementation process.
- Strong experience using marketing automation software (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot and Salesforce)
- You are a proactive self-starter, with demonstrable high initiative and critical thinking skills. You can illustrate your ability to think strategically but also enjoy hands-on execution.
- You’re positive and possess the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and the ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
- You are a team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Your strong interpersonal skills will be essential – you will interface with sales, marketing, and product leaders across the business.
