About the Role
The CrowdStrike Marketing Operations team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations Technology who will run the team responsible for ownership of our Marketing Technology stack. This leader will have the opportunity to drive transformation and innovation across technology initiatives for the Marketing team. You’ll be required to partner closely with IT, Data, Marketing Analytics, Security, Privacy/Legal, Sales Ops and others to deliver on a technology roadmap that exceeds Marketing goals for the business. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven and technical leader who is comfortable in a fast-paced and fast-growth environment where cross-team collaboration is mission critical.
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of marketing operations professionals with ownership across all areas of the Marketing Technology stack
- Ownership of all stages of Marketing technology adoption from vendor selection, onboarding, adoption, governance, optimization and renewal, including training, documentation, and process development
- Implement best practices around compliance and security with data privacy rules and consent management
- Drive the maintenance, modernization and transformation of our marketing tech stack to support our business goals, maintaining a rolling forward-looking plan and ensuring coverage across all areas
- Drive alignment and collaboration from Marketing to Sales, Privacy, IT, and Legal
- Manage vendor relationships and budget, creating productive relationships with software and consulting vendors and optimizing spend and efficiency
- Own and define use of our Marketo Automation system (Marketo) and all related templates, process, training, enablement, and compliance
What You’ll Need
- 9-10+ years in marketing or operations related roles, including strong knowledge base in all facets of marketing technology and automation
- 5+ years managing a team
- Demonstrated understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., familiarity with customer data platforms, data management platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, digital asset management, etc.) and a constant desire to learn more
- Experience in areas relating to GDPR, consent, handling PII, privacy and security a plus
- Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced experience with sophisticated marketing automation systems such as Marketo or Eloqua; experience in system administration and experience using Salesforce.com would be an advantage. Marketo certification a distinct advantage
- Highly proficient with Salesforce and Excel
- Familiarity with HTML a plus
- Excellent planning and project management skills and experience using project management software such as Asana
- Data management experience
- Natural ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
- B2B software experience is a plus
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $125,000 – $200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
