What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?
We’re a fast-growing healthtech start-up innovating cancer care by connecting healthcare professionals with the growing population of people living with cancer. 1 in 2 people are affected by cancer and more people are surviving. Once cancer treatment has finished, healthcare providers are not set up to treat the personalised needs of this growing population. Perci is a safe space to access qualified healthcare providers and ask anything, from mental health and fitness to sexual therapy and nutrition. We want to live in a world in which people impacted by cancer have easy access to safe information, and sustained, quality holistic care, supporting them in living healthier and more fulfilled lives. We are an ambitious and hardworking team who believe in putting purpose at the core of everything we do. We are building a new kind of business, working with change makers and innovators, building a brand that has a positive impact on the lives of millions of people. This role will work closely with the CTO and off-shore engineering team in the implementation and running of services around our core platform. We are a young fast growing start-up which needs to cover ground in a wide range of areas from security and data transformation to building new microservices to capture patient referrals. We are looking for someone who has a broad skill set across the software development lifecycle and is open and eager to take on a variety of challenges to help us deliver change. Someone who is comfortable taking on light front-end development work, managing the product backlog and sifting through a penetration test report to identify the impact of fixes. You will be supported closely by our CTO but given significant scope to affect change quickly. You embrace change and can operate in environments where structure isn’t always clear, you can step into establishing a structure where one is missing and not be fearful of uncertainty. This is a challenging, but deeply rewarding role allowing you to experience a wide array of technologies, practices and processes supported by and working with an experienced CTO in a rapidly growing start-up that makes a difference to peoples’ lives. Perci Health is an equal opportunities employer ensuring that all applicants are treated equally and fairly throughout our recruitment process. We are determined that no applicant experiences discrimination on the basis of sex, race, ethnicity, religion or belief, disability, age, gender identity, ancestry, sexual orientation, veteran status, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, or any other basis prohibited by applicable law.
