Are you passionate about building relationships, whether that’s with prospective candidates or internally with hiring leads? We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Thinkific!

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll quickly become an expert at finding creative ways to source exceptional talent for our team, selling them on the opportunity to impact our company, as well as our award-winning culture that prioritizes caring about its people. You’ll provide a phenomenal experience for candidates in their journey to Thinkific and support our hiring leads with growing their teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll work alongside other Talent Acquisition Partners and collaborate with our broader People team to ensure we’re seeking out the best matches for our roles based equally on skills and values fit.

Your goal will be to hire top talent for Thinkific. Here’s how you’ll accomplish this:

  • Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates (both active and passive) across various roles in multiple departments (including sales, marketing, support, and operations)
  • Execute on the full-cycle recruitment process: from writing job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating assignment reviews, scheduling and conducting interviews to delivering offers
  • Provide guidance and feedback to our hiring leads through the recruitment process to support current and upcoming recruitment needs
  • Contribute to a number of recruitment-related projects and initiatives, including suggesting process improvements, fine-tuning interviewing techniques, and evolving our employer brand

The person we have in mind likely:

  • Has 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role hiring teams at scale, with ideally 1 year of in-house experience in tech
  • Is driven to provide nothing less than an amazing candidate experience—they have proven this in past roles by going above and beyond to ensure candidates leave happy, regardless of the final outcome
  • Is resourceful and enthusiastic about experimenting with innovative strategies to find new candidates
  • Possesses a high level of adapability—they don’t mind switching gears if plans suddenly change
  • Loves to learn and grow. They’ve found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that’s through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business

These things would also be nice, but we think you could learn them on the job:

  • Experience with our tech stack—we use Greenhouse as our ATS, BambooHR as our HRIS, Slack for communication and coordination, and track our tasks and projects in Asana
  • Familiarity with the Topgrading methodology and have a proven record of hiring a high percentage of “A players” (check out  Who: The A Player Method for Hiring if you want a good summary)
