Who is Current Health?
Current Health is a global healthcare technology company, focused on prevention of patient deterioration predicting illness and delivering earlier intervention so that every human can live a healthier, longer life. In 2020 our customer base increased by 400%, ARR grew by over 3,000%, we went through Series A, and the company went from 30 – 75. It was quite a year, and this is just the beginning. We anticipate 2021 being even bigger. This is where you come in.
What does a Talent Acquisition Sourcer do at Current Health?
This role can be based remotely anywhere in the UK.
We are currently going through a period of extended growth. We have ambitious targets and are going to be hiring another 40+ Engineers across the UK and the US in 2021.
To help us achieve our goals our Talent Acquisition Partners work with hiring managers from across the business to identify and attract those colleagues who will underpin our delivery for years to come. The team is a respected partner within the business, who understands the nuances of each role and is able to really identify the best possible people for the role. We actively support on all facets the hiring journey and improving the quality of interactions and interviews with candidates through mentoring and advice.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer who has experience of working in a fast-paced environment and will be a critical part of the talent team in growing our technical offering. You will be sourcing, interviewing, and working with the talent team to ensure that we are hiring the best engineers in the UK.
Sounds great, what does my day to day look like?
Develop highly targeted sourcing methods to find top engineering talent to our latest open position
Pro-actively create talent & market mapping data
Create engaging and creative outreach content
Being the first contact, a candidate has with Current Health and often the first stage in every interview process.
Using our recruitment metrics to fine-tune the hiring process and constantly looking for process improvements across the candidate journey.
Scheduling remote interviews and coordinating with the relevant hiring managers and wider teams.
Immersing yourself in the company culture in order to understand best-fit candidates and how they will become successful at Current Health
Help to continue building out a data driven approach to recruitment ensuring that everything is updated in our ATS, which currently is Workable.
What experience do I need?
- A proven track record of hiring at all levels, including senior leadership, primarily within engineering, having developed a core understanding of these functions and the highly values skills within them.
- Ideally you will come from an inhouse environment however if you are working on a tech desk in an agency we still want to hear from you.
- You are a candidate hunter and know how to source candidates independently (via your network, events, LinkedIn) along with being able to conduct engaging interviews to match the best talent to us.
- You will bring some experience in market positioning and driving both active and passive talent acquisition strategies.
- You make data driven decisions and are constantly looking at the data to analyze our recruiting funnel and making improvements when needed
- You are a highly organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You thrive in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, found in successful post Series-B technology companies, and take pride in the outcomes that we can collectively deliver.
