In the 1950s, global trade changed for good. The invention of the standardized container suddenly meant that transporting goods across the world became affordable. And with that, paved the way for globalization and global wealth. But contrary to the container, most surrounding processes have not been standardized nor innovated—and are still frustratingly complex, manual, and error-prone.

That’s why our ambition is to use technology to simplify the logistics of global trade, making the processes around the container as simple as the container itself. Team Lead Sales (f/m/d)

As a member of the Sales Team your mission is to help, manage and scale the high performing SDR and specifically the Team Captains. As a role model for a small team of team captains implement and adopt the standards set by the SDR Manager and Head of SDR. Key objective is to assist the SDR Manager in every aspect of on-boarding, coaching, mentoring, and bringing the most out of fellow colleagues.

Job requirements

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for guiding and mentoring the new hires after their onboarding period during their first two months
  • Responsible for providing coaching and support to the team captains and their teams
  • Aligning approach with SDR Manager and the Head of SDR, acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day issues
  • Collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, and other departments to suggest process improvements and ensure that the flow of information between the departments is consistent
  • Collect and provide feedback to the SDR Manager and the Head of SDR on the performance of the team and other team related issues
  • Motivate the team to achieve targets and gauge the activity levels, metrics and teams progress to target ongoingly

Your profile

  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset to facilitate others in the face of difficulties while having a humanistic outlook
  • Exhibiting high personal drive to meet specific standards and to accomplish the objectives set by oneself
  • Excellent organization skills and strong analytical approach
  • Be a solution provider and not just a problem solver
  • Exhibiting hands-on-mentality when faced with a problem by actively looking for ways to solve the problem
  • And most important of all to fit into our culture…Be able to have fun 
  • You are a great communicator (our company language is English) and listener; you are passionate about the xChange mission and inspire and motivate the people around you
  • Fluency in English and all additional languages are a plus
