ShopStyle is in search of a Technical Account Manager, Data Integrity to join our Catalog Strategy & Operations team within the Business Operations department.

The Technical Account Manager, Data Integrity position will play a key role in continuously improving the integrity of our revenue and partner performance data for both ShopStyle.com and ShopStyle Collective. Responsibilities are focused on ensuring that our revenue pipeline across a) revenue tracking (via affiliate networks), b) revenue feed ingestion, and c) revenue attribution to appropriate business units and platforms is continuously improving.

This role will manage and own communication and resolution of technical and operational issues related to data tracking with our retailer partners accounts, their technical teams and our affiliate network partners.

This position is eligible for remote work in the following states: CA / CO / CT / FL / IL / MA / NJ / NY / OR / TX / UT / WI “


  • Actively monitor revenue data performance and communicate data trends internally. Use existing reporting and internal tools to pull reports in our business intelligence tool (Tableau) and if needed, query the database to identify and investigate potential issues in affiliate network tracking and other revenue tracking.
  • Report issues to internal stakeholder teams. Drive issue resolution by problem solving and triaging issues across multiple internal teams including Engineering and Operations.
  • Create detailed documentation and provide clear updates and relevant communication to internal stakeholders ranging from technical teams (Engineering, Product), to Operations, as well as business teams (Business Development and Creator Account Management).
  • Communicate technical issues and problems related to affiliate network tracking directly with retailer clients and affiliate networks to troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues. Explain complex technical concepts and issues in simplified terms to advocate for technical solutions that must be performed by the client or affiliate networks.
  • Manage issue resolution timelines and follow-up with all internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. Escalate issues with upper management both internally and externally as needed.
  • Audit existing affiliate tracking set-ups. Assist clients and affiliate networks with any inquiries related to affiliate tracking and network reporting.
  • Devise and own projects for test purchasing and other verification methods to test impact of new initiatives or relevant trends in-market related to affiliate marketing and tracking (such as ITP, changes in third party cookie policies, payment methods, etc.)
  • Identify and communicate potential improvements to the revenue tracking and monitoring process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Quantitative mindset and analytic capabilities
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience communicating with external client
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


  • 6+ years prior work experience in technical account management, business analysis, database analysis, product management (and/or similar role in a technology-driven organization)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience communicating with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience in affiliate marketing, business intelligence or retail/e-commerce is a plus
