Reporting to the Director of People Operations, your mandate as a Tech Recruiter will be to attract and hire world class tech employees. You will be the go-to person for our tech talent attraction and acquisition strategy and work in constant collaboration with our Technology Team, mainly with our VP of Technology who, as your internal client, will be your first point of contact. As an integral part of the People Ops Team, you will also be acting as an ambassador of our culture to ensure a unique candidate experience, and you will get to collaborate on our global strategy and HR projects.
Responsibilities

Review our current tech recruitment practices and collaborate with the Tech Team and the People Ops team to set and document best practices;

Manage the full recruitment process for tech roles in Europe (as well as other roles depending on the workload);

Apply your recruitment expertise to tech roles and drive the hiring process by being the subject matter expert;

Constantly stay up to date with the latest trends in Tech Recruitment and be willing to adjust strategy often;

Be recognized as a trusted advisor to Technology Team and coach them on best practices;

Act as the superuser of our ATS and guide hiring managers through it;

Maintain the pipeline to ensure data integrity in our ATS;

Ensure flawless candidate experience;

Develop our proactive recruitment strategy and build pipelines of potential candidates for key roles;

From these pipelines, act as a community manager to build relationships with potential candidates;

Align practices with the rest of the Recruitment team in order to ensure smooth candidate experience across the board.

Requirements:
-
5+ years of recruitment experience including a minimum of 3 years recruiting specifically for tech roles;
-
Great understanding of the different roles to recruit for a Technology team (Sys Admins, BackEnd, FrontEnd, FullStack, SRE, etc.)

Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent (an asset);

Experience building and executing recruitment strategies;

Able to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders;

Approachable, able to put people at ease under any circumstances and induce trust;

Not easily discouraged when faced with difficult roles to fill;

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal;

Sound judgement and problem solving ability at all levels;

Organised and meticulous when it comes to detail, especially where others may overlook;

Embracing of a fast moving, dynamic and multicultural environment where things change quickly;

Willingness to travel up to 3-4 times per year;
-
Fluent in English.
