Salary and compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and commission available above draw against salary. Commission available for both bringing customer opportunities to the team and filling open requirements created by other team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ovatio Technologies is searching for experienced technical recruiters that specialize in finding candidates for Information Technology based positions . We engage regionally and nationally in the USA and place contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement. We work with direct clients and channel partners to meet the needs of our end customers.
This position is for an experienced recruiter that understands the candidate sourcing process, is familiar with U.S. job boards, social media sites like LinkedIn and Twitter, and knows how to search for qualified candidates in the United States.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Account Managers, the Technical Recruiter is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of contract, contract to hire, and Full time employees. The Recruiter searches, identifies, and builds relationships with job candidates by gaining an understanding of their skills based on the job requirements, and negotiating salary and availability in a professional expedient manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have a strong experience recruiting for a variety of Information Technology positions, including Programmers, Database, Business intelligence, QA, Network Engineering and Administration, Desktop Services, Help Desk, etc. The ability to quickly develop strong communication channels with both our internal team and external candidates is crucial.

- 3-5 years minimum in recruiting, 2 years in technical recruitment at an agency.
- Clear and concise communication both verbally and written
- Conceptual understanding of enterprise technology and ability to learn new technology on the fly.
