We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter. As a member of the RevOps Recruiting team, you will be responsible for bringing on world-class technical talent, offering a high-touch experience throughout the entire interview process from source to hire. As maniacal as we are about our customers here at HubSpot, we are equally as focused on our candidates. It will be your responsibility to make interviewing at HubSpot truly unique & remarkable for each and every individual. You’ll get to:

  • Dive into the creative and collaborative world of RevOps and join a discipline that cares deeply about the customer
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and strategically execute toward hiring needs
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
  • Organize and facilitate interview debriefs
  • Drive offer approval, extensions, and negotiations
  • Identify closing strategies for offers and proactively provide candidates with the right information to help make their decision as easy as possible
  • Interface regularly with internal stakeholders and hiring teams; communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline and high-level strategy
  • Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience
  • Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience

  • Can utilize their depth of recruiting experience to bring best practices and operational improvements to the broader team
  • Have proven success sourcing, recruiting, and closing analysts and engineers.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and functions
  • Possess effective and inclusive communication skills
  • Fervently believe that great talent is the foundation for any company’s growth and success
  • Prioritize a seamless, remarkable candidate experience and serving the needs of the business and its leaders
  • Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize their own time and enjoy collaborating
  • Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
  • Are naturally curious, continuously learning and reflecting on their own growth
  • Relentlessly drive to find and connect with the best talent; proactively build a strategy to source, engage and nurture prospective candidates
  • Have proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
