Your playground:
Owning and driving all ASO efforts, such as metadata and creative research, targeting, experimentation, and optimization
Driving sustainable paid user growth by collaboratively developing, implementing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns
Analyzing data independently to improve and maximize the potential of organic and paid channels
Monitoring and proactive reporting of performance metrics to stakeholders
Executing experiments (e.g. A/B, split tests) including the definition of hypotheses, setting goals, and measuring outcomes
Reacting to industry changes (policy updates, privacy tracking, etc) in a timely and self-driven manner
What to bring along:
3+ years of recent work experience in growth marketing for a B2C product, ideally in the Music or EdTech industry
Hands-on management of ASO on ASC and GP as well as a familiarity with ASO tools
Deep knowledge of executing and optimising Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads
Good understanding of the mobile app user funnel, conversion rate tracking, and attribution
First experience with A/B and split testing tools including basic knowledge of statistics to effectively interpret results
Passion for numbers and having an analytics-driven, structured work approach
Collaborative self-starter with a positive, getting-things-done mindset
Be based within +/- 3 hours from CET

Our salary range starts at an annual compensation of EUR 40.000 to a maximum of EUR 50.000. Your actual offer within this range will depend on your skills and experience.
