Currently, our Research & Strategy Team is looking for a passionate UX Research Manager.
In your daily work, you will meet with Klaudia, Head of Research & Strategy, and Michał, Head of Product Design.
Job requirements
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Cooperating directly with Clients (with the support of PM)
- Owning and leading research planning and execution for strategic clients (1-3 at the same time)
- Synthesising and communicating findings to inspire design, product decisions and create visibility across departments
- Contributing to the sales process, helping to inform proposals and project scopes with recommended research approaches
- Improving workflow, research methodologies and defining internal processes
- Cooperating with Heads of other departments (UX/UI Design, Web & Mobile Development, Digital Analytics & Optimization)
- Collaborating with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
- Team management and development, working with HR on recruiting new talents
- Mentoring younger researchers
- Reporting to Head of Research & Strategy
- You have 4+ years of documented commercial experience with research methods including ethnographic methods (e.g., in-depth interview, group interviews), evaluative methods (e.g., concept testing, in-lab/remote usability testing, tree testing, etc.), and quantitative methods (surveys, behavioral analytics, etc.)
- You have 1+ year of experience leading a research team
- You have a deep understanding of digital product lifecycle
- You have experience in executing various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies throughout all stages of the design and development process, from concept to launch
- You can communicate freely in English (level C1+) and Polish
- You have excellent presentation skills
- You pay special attention to how you communicate
- You have a proactive attitude (you solve problems and figure things out)
- You have a good understanding of business and technology
- You have an ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
- You have extreme attention to details and you are a quick learner
