We believe crypto is the future of business, and that the wave of new web3 organizations and DAOs formed today will be an increasing share of our economy. Our insight is simple: as these organizations scale and become the new business norm, they need crypto-native solutions to help them with basic financial operations, so they can focus on their business.

The current state of financial tooling is appalling. It’s still insanely hard to make crypto transactions, monitor cashflows, or simply swap crypto with USD and EUR. These organizations have no control nor visibility over their crypto finances — they know things will fall apart.

So we created Multis. Our mission is to build the financial backbone of web3 organizations and empower them to build a better Web.

Today, Multis is an all-in-one crypto management app designed to help web3 organizations feel confident and in control of their crypto finances. We help them automate payments in crypto and USD, monitor cashflows in real time and close their books 5x faster.

Job Description

Your Mission

As an Account Executive, you’ll be a sales closer with the most exciting companies of the moment with web3 and DAOs. But also, you’ll be a key member to understand customers patterns, business and help the product team build a customer-oriented product. You’ll also be delivering white-glove support to some of the most innovative crypto start-ups and DAOs- from onboarding to troubleshooting.

Your role will be halfway between business development (outbound strategy, participation in events and communities) and account management to provide the best long-term experience to our clients.

 Must have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B business development/customer success role
  • Prior experience in Web3 (personally or professionally)
  • Obsession for customers and ability to be their voice internally
  • Outstanding drive and work standards
  • Prior experience of remote working
  • US-based – East cost (especially NYC) is preferred
  • Native English speaker

 Your 90 day-outcomes

  • Double activation rate to 20% by 2022
  • Reduce churn by x%
  • Achieve an NPS over 8 to bootstrap referral growth
  • Develop 3 partnership initiatives to help to impact the acquisition
  • Attend 3 events in the US to help build brand visibility
  • Upsell our prime plan to 100 businesses after we launch
  • Run experiments to increase the number of leads
  • Collect and categorize customer feedback and ensure it’s reflected in our roadmap
