Moz is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to fill an immediate opening for Website Manager.
The Website Manager will own the moz.com experience, leveraging data analysis, CRO, and new initiatives to drive growth & acquisitions. You will work cross-functionally to optimize moz.com to ensure KPIs are tightly aligned with marketing objectives. You will manage two CMS developers and be responsible for leading the vision to create a best-in-class marketing website.
We’re also open to having folks be based out of our Seattle, WA office.

What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership and strategy for all things web-related. Work cross-functionally across marketing, engineering, and design to optimize the moz.com experience for existing customers and prospects.
- Manage & support a small team of CMS developers, prioritize projects & initiatives to best align with business goals.
- Develop a holistic view of the customer journey for each of our products, apply data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts.
- Identify, build and execute on A/B and multivariate tests to support business objectives. Analyze and evaluate A/B tests, report on results and recommend next steps.
- Run regularly scheduled web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper setup and maintenance of Moz’s analytics platform (Google Analytics) and deploy & monitor new tracking events as needed.
- Collaborate with SEO Manager to ensure site is optimized for search.

Experience We Want to See
- Experience optimizing a website for B2B and/or B2C SaaS companies, with a proven track record of driving conversions through CRO.
- Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices.
- Google Analytics mastery.
- An understanding of various methods for visualising analysis and presenting data in a way that can be easily consumed.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Experience with Tableau and/or familiarity with Segment.io is preferred but not required.
- Experience with website development & best practices preferred but not required.
