About the Role:

As a new member of our marketing organization, you will play a key role in meeting the needs of internal business partners and supporting critical projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing our project management system, Workfront, and owning the templates, proofing and approval processes, training, user access, policies, and more. You will partner with heads of various groups such as creative, marketing operations, web content, web strategy, blogs, analytics, and more, to ensure team needs are being met within the Workfront tool.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Manage templates, tasks, dependencies, and other features within Workfront.
  • Manage reporting, planning, budgeting, and portfolio management along with team leads.
  • Make decisions on what projects move forward based on business objectives, goals, and priorities.
  • Manage training program for new users to Workfront, as well as training and communication of new features for existing users.
  • Organize regular project planning and review sessions with team project managers and/or team leads.
  • Manage ongoing Workfront support system for internal business partners, and be the key point of contact for support, questions, and escalation to team leads and/or Adobe support.
  • Constantly seek to understand core business processes at CrowdStrike, learning the newest changes on various teams to ensure Workfront grows and adapts to maintain success.
  • Partner with users of existing systems (Asana, Jira, ServiceNow, Marketo, AEM, etc.) to help identify and manage implementations when and if necessary.
  • Partner with CrowdStrike’s System Administrator in IT to explore new features, bugs, and other areas of improvement.
  • Test, QA, and explore new features before they are released to all users.

 

What you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within a marketing setting, agency, or marcom corporate environment
  • 2-3 years of experience using Workfront or other project management software
  • Experience and understanding of creating reports and understanding goals of different business units
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or other relevant work experience
  • Success managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For applicants in Colorado the salary range is $85,000 – $130,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states.
