Nowadays it’s not uncommon for people to be working 8am to 7pm, not the traditional 9am to 5pm, which means we have even less time to enjoy activities outside of work. Maintaining a balance is important to our health and relationships. And when we’re happier people in our personal lives it carries over into our work life as well, making us more productive and valuable employees.
